Managing my account

What if I need to cancel?
Our standard minimum subscription is for three Toyboxes, although you still only pay one Toybox at a time. After that, you can cancel whenever you like, as long as it is at least seven days before the delivery of your next Toybox. (After the first month, we take payment on the day that we deliver.) Just call us to cancel: we prefer this to email as you can be sure that your call has been taken. We don’t want a lost email to result in you being billed incorrectly.

You may also cancel your contract within seven days of subscribing in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. (Please note: this applies within seven days of you signing up, not within seven days of you receiving your first Toybox). To cancel, please call us on 020 8150 6631. We will arrange for collection of any Toybox you may have received and cancel your account with a full refund. You may still be charged if toys are damaged or excessively dirty, in line with our terms and conditions.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your account within seven days of signing up, we will give you a full refund unless charges need to be made for damaged or excessively dirty toys. Where you are entitled to a refund, you will receive this within three weeks of your cancellation.

What can I change about my Toybox?
You can choose to keep one or more toys for longer than four weeks if you like them. You can also change your subscription level (after your initial subscription commitment). To do either of these or if there’s anything else you need to change, you must let us know at least 48 hours before your next delivery is due, by emailing or calling us.
How can I change my account details?
The only things we allow you change on your account are your password and phone number, as well as your Toybox Plan.

To change your password or phone number, simply log in and clock on My Account. To change your Toybox Plan, please call us on 020 8150 6631. You can change your Plan at any time after your initial subscription commitment.

We do not allow you to change other details to protect the security of your account and payment method.

If you need to change your card details, you need to log in to your WorldPay account, details of which will be sent to you via email direct by WorldPay when you subscribe.
How can I change my Toybox Plan?
If you want more or fewer toys, please call us on 020 8150 6631. You can upgrade even during your initial subscription commitment (3 Toyboxes or one year), but you can’t downgrade until your initial subscription has finished.
How do I pay for my Toyboxes?
When you subscribe to the MerryGoRound service, we set up an agreement with WorldPay, who manage our credit and debit card payments. Your agreement is called a FuturePay agreement; an account is set up for you with WorldPay and, every time we deliver your Toybox, we will charge the card that you first registered with. When you subscribe, we take your first Toybox payment only; after that, we only take payment on the day of delivery.

WorldPay will send you your account details when you subscribe. If you need to change your card details or any other information, you can log directly into your WorldPay account to do so. If you cancel your subscription, we cancel this FuturePay agreement with WorldPay.

Can you tell me more about FuturePay?
FuturePay is a service from WorldPay, who are a large and well-respected company managing internet payments. You’ve probably come across them on other sites before. FuturePay means that you set up an account with WorldPay to pay for your Toybox every four weeks. You might notice that your subscription says “No Limit” in all sorts of places; this is so that you can vary the level of your subscription if you wish to, or add additional one-off products (when available) without having to set up a new payment every time. You can be sure that your payments are completely secure: they are all managed on WorldPay’s servers and we do not hold any of your card data ourselves, or have access to it. If you need to change anything about your card details, you will need to log into your WorldPay account, details of which are on the email you receive from WorldPay when you first subscribe.
