How do I get started?

I like the sound of this. How do I set up a subscription?
It’s very easy and doesn’t take long at all. You’ll soon be receiving a delicious box of toys each month.

First, check that we deliver in your area by entering your postcode as requested.
If we deliver to you, next choose the Toybox Plan you want. If you’re not sure which is best for you, we can help you choose or call us anytime to discuss it.
Then click on Subscribe. Complete the details of the adult holding the account and paying the bill – that is, you!

Then you will be asked to set up a subscription for a single child. You can set up several different subscriptions if you need to, one at a time. We have to ask you to do it this way so that we can fully understand the needs of each child.
You can also change your mind on the package you’ve chosen at this point.

Then check all your details are correct and proceed to pay via our secure servers.
What if I have more than one child?
We’re working hard to offer ways of meeting the needs of those who want subscriptions for two children in the same household. At the moment, we can offer a special 8 toys option for £24.99 per Toybox if you call us. You can then add toys suitable for both children to your Toys I’d Like list, although we can’t yet manage your list to guarantee that there will be an even spread of toys suitable for both.

We’ll soon be able to offer a better range of options for families who wish to subscribe for more than one child.
What if I need to cancel?
Our standard minimum subscription is for three Toyboxes, although you still only pay one Toybox at a time. After that, you can cancel whenever you like, as long as it is at least seven days before the delivery of your next Toybox. (After the first month, we take payment on the day that we deliver.) Just call us to cancel: we prefer this to email as you can be sure that your call has been taken. We don’t want a lost email to result in you being billed incorrectly.

You may also cancel your contract within seven days of subscribing in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. (Please note: this applies within seven days of you signing up, not within seven days of you receiving your first Toybox). To cancel, please call us on 020 8150 6631. We will arrange for collection of any Toybox you may have received and cancel your account with a full refund. You may still be charged if toys are damaged or excessively dirty, in line with our terms and conditions.

What happens once I’ve subscribed?
Once the payment for your first toybox has been authorised, you will be emailed giving you details of your delivery day and first delivery date, plus your username and password confirmation.

You can then log into your account via the homepage or by clicking on My Account. Your account area lets you change your password and some other personal details, and – most importantly – allows you to choose toys that you would particularly like to add to your Toys I’d Like list.

Then sit back and wait for your Toybox to arrive!
